Our work includes analysis of existing bank financing and current capital and debt portfolio, where the company sees opportunities for financing through the capital market. Current situations may be in refinancing, expansion or in the choice of capital structure for growth and potentially an IPO.
TicWorks offers advice to companies in “Direct Lending” or in the listing of bonds. Through TicWork’s partnerships, companies reach a network of investors; private individuals, asset management clients, family offices and institutions. Standardization and low costs are at the heart of our offer. This also enables lower loan and bond volumes; typically about 30 MSEK and upwards depending on solution and investors.
